General Information:

1. I retain the copyright to the image

2. Payment via PayPal

3. The payment has to be completed in full within 4 days of the auction ending or instant buy, or the design will be put up for auction again

4. High-resolution PNG and JPG image files, without texts, will be delivered after the invoice has been paid in full

You may:
1. share the image and use it as character reference for personal use (on web pages, Discord, character profile banners, cropped profile images etc.)

2. commission other artists using the design as character reference

3. resell the character design once if you no longer wish to use it yourself. You may not ask for more than the price you paid yourself, and you have to notify me of the resell. Please make sure the new owner is aware of the rules regarding the design.

You may not:

1. use the graphic for commercial profit (prints, commercial projects, NFT market, etc.)

2. request a refund once you've bought and received the design

3. modify the artwork and/or pass it as your own artwork

4. generate variations of the artwork with AI tools
